This Returns & Withdrawal Policy describes how returns and refunds work for Velmurr purchases.

14-day right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving reasons. The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

How to return your piece

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please write to info@velmurr.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and the next steps.

Returned pieces must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will confirm by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, in accordance with applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact info@velmurr.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue without additional cost to you.
