About Velmurr

The website www.velmurr.com is operated by Velmurr, Owner: Karen Babayan, Theaterstraße 71, 52062 Aachen, Germany.

Reservations

Velmurr is currently in early access. Submitting a reservation does not require payment and does not, on its own, form a binding purchase contract. A binding contract is concluded only after you confirm a purchase and receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices and availability

All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the product page and include applicable taxes where stated. Availability may be limited as we are in early access.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery according to our Returns & Withdrawal Policy.

Liability

Velmurr is liable in accordance with applicable law. Statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence.
